Is constantly aware of, and looks for, ways to eliminate safety hazards and improve the overall safety of the workplace •Learn, understand and effectively follow Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions •Learn and maintain 5S standards of a clean, organized work area •Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools such as KAS, 5S, TPM and other continuous process improvement tools •Monitor metrics in the work area. Take appropriate and timely action when metrics indicate downward trends or fall below acceptable limits
Qualification: Prior manufacturing experience
Ability to work a 3-day/12-hr schedule, rotating days to nights every four months
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
