The Learning Facilitator II plays a vital role in the delivery of the day-to-day facilitation, learning, and development needs of the Global Sales organization, including the core curriculum, quarterly business review process, onboarding, professional development, and all other B2B products and programs. 

This role will also manage the course scheduling/calendar, student enrollments, LMS administration, training communication, and vendor management. During downtime, this role will assist the learning designers and program managers with the maintenance of content and other initiatives and projects. 


Under general direction, uses and applies adult learning principles, theories, concepts, and techniques when delivering instructional activities and projects 
Sphere of influence is at division level or in multiple areas of specialization 
Exercises judgment, within defined practices and policies, in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for effective delivery of training solutions 
Facilitates to a global audience, adapts to cultural differences in learning styles, 
Exercises judgment in making classroom decisions in adapting to varying classroom environments (domestic versus global) 
Leads projects and provides direction and coaching to team members 
Coaches and builds knowledge and skills of team members and is a role model 
Refines the application of Delta leadership and core business values & interpersonal skills 
Performs some phases of program management 
Provides project management for medium size projects 
Manage course scheduling, student enrollments, LMS administration, training communication, and vendor management 
Support learning design needs during downtime by managing content updates / small projects 

Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

2+ year in facilitation experience 
Facilitation in distance learning 
Experience in instructor led, blended solutions incorporating online courseware and OJT course development 
Project management experience on medium projects (5-6 months duration) 
Bachelor Degree in Education or similar discipline is required 
Experience in LMS administration preferred; experience in SuccessFactors a plus 
Experience in learning and instructional design preferred; CPLP certification a plus 
Able and willing to travel 50% of the time
Ability to speak fluently in Spanish required. Portuguese is desirable.
Previous experience in training, facilitiation, or public speaking highly desired.

Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. 

Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
