General responsibilities of the position: The ITC professional in Turbomachinery Engineering is responsible for ensuring sustained compliance, develop strategies with the ITC to ensure enhanced business processes related to ITC, and be the leader for ITC related topics within and affecting the Turbomachinery module.

Specific responsibilities of position: Responsible for implementation all the necessary measures to maintain a strong ITC compliance environment of the Turbomachinery module in conjunction with the management team.
Provide strategies for how to effectively implement ITC related projects and work with the Turbomachinery executive to sustain and enhance ITC culture within the organization.
Provide guidance to the ITC Focal network supporting the Turbo module, with the intent to raise their level of compliance knowledge and the empowerment of all the business employees.
Obtain appropriate export authorizations as identified with the business to prevent any operational lack of efficiencies/activity disruptions.
Provide guidance to all turbomachinery employees (Plant 1 and 22) and to the ITC Focal network on ITC requirements needing to be embedded into the business activities including topics such as classification, data marking, screening , authorizations, travel, internal safeguard, and transfers.
Responsible of the implementation and deployment of the ITC requirements/initiatives regarding the infrastructure and required enhancements (training, communication, procedures, IT, programs, ACE, investigations, corrective actions, self-assessment, etc.) whether through development or modification of existing tools, standard work, etc.
Person responsible to ensure proper ITC training is provided to new employees in conjunction with the management team. May be involved in producing training material customized to the module needs.
Manage the content of the Turbo ITC share point site, and support audits of the share point sites owned by Turbo (audits to be performed by ITC Focals or ITC Pro)

Other activities
Investigation and implementation of necessary corrective actions
Support and Coordinate ITC Audits
Review and approvals of documents requiring an ITC gate approval (ERF, SOW requests, ICPs)
Respond to business inquiries from ITC Focals and employees
Communication of key ITC related topics
Support and coordinate Self-Assessment execution
Provide support to business unit in authorizations related questions including advisory opinions that require in-depth authorizations knowledge.
Development and delivery of ITC training material
Support/lead special projects as assigned by EITC or core ITC
Act as an ITC power user for Enovia and XClass, to support the business activities
Support Poland sites to classify and assign appropriate export authorizations of restrictively controlled technical data.

Qualifications required: · Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years experience
· Master degree with 4 to 7 years experience
