Position Description

Examine the physical properties of materials and components to find corrosion, cracks, flaws and other imperfections, which might lead to an unreliable product performance or product failure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) and determine product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures

Perform NDT airworthiness inspection duties in support of customer aircraft.

Record, organize and evaluate test results and generate NDT reports.

Assist in the development of and correction/update of NDT inspection plans.

Ensure compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations and provide protection to self and others during testing.

Maintain equipment and assure calibration for tests to be performed.
Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Understand, read and write English
• 20/20 Corrected Vision
