HEICO is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator who will support assigned sales professionals in all customer services aspects. Also contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products. Supports sales targets of assigned sales professionals as well as directly assigned accounts, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting on problem or prospective markets. This position is for a seasoned customer service professional with interest and aptitude to grow into a direct sales role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Contributes to meeting sales targets for supported accounts.

* Satisfactorily meets sales targets of assigned accounts.

* Quotes prices, credit terms, and completes necessary documentation to complete sales transactions.

* Conducts follow up of quotes to maximize sales potential.

* Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own company's production and delivery schedules.

* Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

* May accompany senior sales professionals on sales calls where appropriate.

* Satisfactorily meets sales targets of assigned accounts.

* Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

* May participate in special projects/programs as assigned.

* Deal with a diverse selection of both domestic and international aviation & aerospace customers, particularly within the MRO market segment

* Respond to Customer requests for quote via email, fax, and internet

* Conduct proactive follow-up with Customers on the supplied quotes

* Process orders from the receipt of the purchase order through and including timely shipment

* Attend to any Customer Service requests in a timely manner

* Deal extensively with internal HEICO purchasing, quality, shipping, and accounting to ensure completed transaction

* Build customer satisfaction through outstanding relationships

* Develop proper growth strategies to assure maximum increase of the business volume of the area

* Perform analysis of customer usage and suggest other HEICO Parts Group products within customer capability and/or market segment

* Assist customers with part approvals from end-users

* Research and provide information to both Internal and External Auditors

* Conduct minimal outside sales and 10% travel (mainly local)

Job Requirements :

EDUCATION

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business, communication or any other relevant degree, from an accredited four-year college or university preferred

EXPERIENCE

* Sales experience within the aerospace industry and experience in South Florida area a plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES

* Language: English Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus

* Computer Skills: Must be proficient with MS Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

* Customer Service : Excellent customer service ability; must have a “customer first” mentality; must be highly responsive; strong work ethic; willingness to always get the job done

* Teamwork: Must possess the ability to interact well with customers and internal contacts at various levels within the organization; must be a team player and display flexibility

* Planning & Organizing: Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities; ability to prioritize and balance day-to-day tasks

PHYSICAL DEMANDS- The team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear. The associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
