Essential Functions:

* Responsible for instruction/facilitation of Flight Attendant Training Programs

* Responsible for conducting initial Operating Experience Flights for new hires

* Works under the direction of the Manager, Inflight Training

* Assist with the development, revision and maintenance of all Flight Attendant Training materials and courseware

* Assist in auditing current policies/procedures to ensure compliance with CFRs and TSRs

* Assist with the tracking and verification of currency for the Flight Attendant Training Records

* Conduct Quality Assurance Rides/Line Checks to audit and evaluate safety and service procedures

* Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of all training events for Flight Attendants

* Responsible for coordination and scheduling of all resources for classroom and hands on training events

* Conducts quarterly audits of training programs

* Attends monthly Inflight Quality Assurance (IQA) meetings

* Support the day to day operational duties of the Inflight Department

* Work on special projects as assigned by the Manager, Inflight Training and/or Director, Inflight

* Conducts all tasks in a safe efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines

Supervisory Responsibility: Conduct of inflight training programs

Required Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required

* Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Previous curriculum design and development experience

* Previous teaching and/or instructing experience

* Line Flight Attendant experience

* Must be computer literate (Microsoft Applications)

* Excellent written and verbal skills, to include presentation and public speaking skills

* Ability to work a variety of hours including week-days and week-ends to meet the requirements of the scheduled training events

Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Possess an FAA-issued Flight Attendant Certificate or able to complete Flight Attendant Training Program
