To provide support to all of Spirit Inflight Base personnel by performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that the Inflight department sustains its business unit functionality.  


  • Assign and track timely follow up on delays and DOT complaints for all crew bases.
  • Receive and distribute important company notifications for Flight Attendants such as READ FILES, pay reports, copy of training records, and discrepancy reports.
  • Assist the Drug and Alcohol Department by issuing Random tests notification to Flight Attendants.  On occasion, assist Flight Operations with the issuance of Random tests notifications to pilots. 
  • Manage a database of all Flight Attendants enrolled in company-paid parking at each crew base.  Update domicile parking information in relation to base staffing/transfers on a monthly basis.  Submit all parking expense reports for Flight Attendant parking at non-domicile locations.
  • Enters Lead FA pay entries, exception reports, resignation/terminations/retirements, associated documents and distributes to multiple departments within the company to ensure accurate benefit availability and compensation to Flight Attendants with status changes.  
  • Prepare and ship all signature required correspondences.  Assist with other administrative functions as needed. 
  • Uses process and results metrics to identify areas of opportunity to improve reporting of various departmental metrics. 


  • Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Associates Degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Flight Attendant/Airline experience preferred.
  • In depth understanding of all processes involved in Inflight Administration including databases, policies, procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements/reporting.
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows Office products (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to utilize all available technology to complete administrative tasks.
  • Must have ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet departmental objectives and goals.  Flexibility to work under pressure and meet changing deadlines.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time with continuous typing, reading, and writing.
  • Experience with database construction and maintenance.
  • Excellent verbal, analytic, and written skills, with a strong attention to detail.  
  • Has a high level of integrity, confidentiality, ethics and discretion.
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment testing.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
