*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
The HUMINT Targeting Analyst shall identify viable leads for action by HUMINT collection. Tasks include:
Draft HUMINT targeting packages for submission to the Government
Recommend intelligence requirements in conjunction with collection managers.
Utilize PALANTIR, Publicly Available Informaiton (PAI) tools suites, HUMINT Operational Tasking Requirements (HOTR), Geotagged Open Source Search Intelligence Program (GOSSIP), open source and other databases to conduct data research, visualization and management.
Use non-attributable and mis-attributable internet systems for open source and publicly available information research.
Maintain situational awareness of ongoing HUMINT operations for the entire life cycle of the activity.
Monitor responses to packages for quality control.
Liaise with other commands and agencies to identify opportunities for HUMINT exploitation.
Assist in providing USSOCOM inputs at HUMINT targeting meetings, conferences and other events related to HUMINT operations.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Four (4) years All Source intelligence analysis experience with a military or government agency
Three (3) years of experience working with USSOCOM HQ, SOF components, TSOCs, or SOF Units
Two (2) years of experience using each of the following: PALANTIR,GOSSIP, and HOTR
One (1) year experience using PAI tools suites
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
