: The HUMINT Operations Planner shall assist in the planning of overarching strategy for trans-regional operations targeting violent extremist organizations. Tasks include:
Identify key tasks and match to appropriate executors.
Advise on resource and training needs to accomplish trans-regional Combating Violent Extremist Organizations (CVEO) synchronization.
Assist in developing HUMINT and multi discipline collection strategies focused on trans-regional violent extremist organizations.
Evaluate information in multiple databases using PALANTIR, TAC, Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Record Message Traffic (RMT) and other data management.
Inform HUMINT operations and identify opportunities for interagency and international partners.
Maintain awareness of kinetic, non-kinetic, information and cyber operations.
Evaluate mission results, coordinate responses to HUMINT production and advise on future avenues operation.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Six (6) years’ experience as a HUMINT Regional Desk Officer, Headquarters HUMINT Staff Officer or Intelligence Agency HUMINT Staff Officer
Three (3) years’ experience as a military planner or intelligence planner
Three (3) years of experience working with USSOCOM HQ, SOF components, TSOCs, or SOF Units
Two (2) years of experience using M3, TAC, or Record Message Traffic
One (1) year experience using PALANTIR
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
