Assist in the administration and coordination of compensation policies and programs
Coordinate and process routine MSS Transactions
Ensure consistency of compensation policy and inequity avoidance.
Track, maintain and implement salary changes for various non-scale personnel. Prepare salary analysis and recommendation for merit jobs.
Serve as a gatekeeper for the resolution on employee payroll and benefit escalations.
Support multiple Divisions and client contacts
Assist in the reporting/processing of terminations (and other status changes), including routing of completed termination files
Participate as needed in HR initiatives as a coordinator or processing SME
Bachelor Degree or a equivalent job experience
1-3+ years business administrative and processing experience in a functional or operations area (prefer HR) and departmental practices and application of corporate related policy
Participates in many tasks and deliverables at one time
Hands-on experience with transaction related systems or software
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word), HR systems (end-user), SAP and reporting tools (Brio/Hyperion)
