Job description

• Schedule and coordinate new hire onboarding process
• Project positive, professional image to employees and callers/visitors
• Manage/track anniversary program
• Manage/track incentive programs and gift cards
• Perform complex and confidential administrative functions to ensure effective office operations and to support policies, goals, and objectives
• Sort/distribute mail; respond to regularly occurring requests for information
• Schedule and organize meetings and activities as requested
• Order/maintain inventory of office supplies
• Establish, develop, maintain, and update filing system(s); retrieve and distribute information from files when needed
• Manage programs for new and existing employees including lockers, uniforms, badges, and safety shoes
• Establish and maintain Repair Station Employment Summaries to comply with requirements as needed by Quality

Candidate skills & requirements

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Windows XP and Microsoft Office
Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills; good punctuation, spelling, grammar, and attention to detail mandatory
Minimum of Associates Degree
Computer/software and office procedures training/experience required
Some technical/college education in applicable field preferred
Five to ten years experience providing administrative support in a human resources or related environment
