The Global Sales and Marketing Team is looking for a successful candidate to join their team! This role will collect information on matters of requirements, budgetary processes, mission requirements, and program schedules of
prospective military customers for domestic and international Anti-Submarine Warfare and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) opportunities, with the goal of shaping and successfully winning new business.

The individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of business strategy, planning and execution of New Business Funds to meet strategic goals, and operating within the Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP).

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Cooperative Programs processes, as well as International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This position will interface on a routine basis with senior military officers within DoD, the US Navy Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance community, other U.S. Government agencies, and international officials.

To be successful, the individual must build and leverage close working relationships with the Boeing Government Relations office and Boeing Field Marketing Offices, Global Sales team, and in-country Boeing offices, in addition to industry partners and suppliers. A successful candidate must possess a record of outstanding performance over a history of ever-increasing responsibility positions. A broad range of experience and skills will enable a candidate to successfully function in this assignment. The individual can expect significant (>25%) travel.

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of military sales experience and/or direct exposure to military customers is required

Preferred qualifications:
- Operational experience in maritime patrol and reconnaissance, ISR, and/or special mission aircraft
- Previous business development and team leadership experience
- Strong writing, analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
