ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Anlsyst to provide NATEC Technical Program Analysis and Support in San Diego, CA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Learn and apply all FMS policies and instructions, as well as participate in various meeting for the review and updating of these same policies when called upon. * Procure and maintain a Security Clearance. * Coordinate with Zenetex and FRC Southwest all training requirements both * Review and determine applicability of US Common IRAC(s) incorporated in publication” instructions * Review and determine applicability of Interim Change (IC) instructions * Review and determine applicability of IETM IRACS & Bookmarks’ * Review IETM CDMAL updates: US Common Publications; Sikorsky and Lockheed Customized Series: LWS Checklist; and individual publication deliveries: * Review Shipment of Publications & IETM CDMAL Updates: US Common, LWS, Sikorsky and Lockheed Customized Series, and individual publication requests * Review Publication Release on TMAPS as written or Tailored * Coordinate with Program the Release of New Publications through AIR-7.4.1 * Maintain and account for Joint Publications owned by Air Force * Review Air Force Tech Orders (T.O.) * Review and maintain FDRL for addition/removal of publications * Review and update PEMA, Software Applications, and Windows updates Conversions * Coordinate with Program Office for Addendums for Release of Confidential/Classified Publications * Participate in NATEC Meeting Summary * Review and update Monthly TD Tracker sent to PMA * Manage Technical Directives & Publications updates tracker to be placed on SharePoint Travel: Candidate must be available to travel within the US and to Australia for various time periods as needed by customer to assess aircraft material condition and conduct training when required. Education and Experience Requirements * At least four (4) years of experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines. Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program * AS or AA degree * ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree * Experienced in logistics support/interface and use of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual System (IETMS) * Be knowledge of naval maintenance publications including COMNAVFORINST 4790.2, maintenance requirement cards, Naval Aviation Maintenance Discrepancy Reporting Program (NAMDRP). * Be skilled in Personal Computer (PC) usage and shall be proficient in the Microsoft family of software, to include as a minimum: (1) MS Word, (2) MS Excel, (3) MS Outlook, and 4) MS PowerPoint * Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in support of International agreements and Foreign Military Sales cases * Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules * Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team * Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules * Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
