The successful candidate will provide technical and analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in developing, updating, administering and evaluating F-35 policies and procedures directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive information to F-35 foreign partners and participants. The candidate will assist the Government in interpreting disclosure policy and ensuring the appropriate DDL, TAA, or export license are upheld. The candidate will coordinate and oversee all foreign disclosure analyst activities in support of the F-35 JPO. This position is located at Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
The Foreign Disclosure Analyst shall possess a Secret clearance with a Periodic Reinvestigation no older than five years.
Education/Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience in international programs and/or foreign disclosure in major acquisition programs is required. In lieu of a degree, nine (9) years of experience in international programs and/or foreign disclosure in major acquisition programs is required. Demonstrated education and/or training in a relevant security/disclosure field is required. The applicant must also possess knowledge of aircraft programs and systems. Experience in managing the activities associated with foreign visits and foreign visitors is desired. Military aviation experience and knowledge preferred.
