Roles and responsibilities may include:
-Manage full P&L and cash flow for multiple Boeing and Military programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation, oversight and review of monthly Latest Estimates (LE), annual business plans, overhead budgets and periodic plan updates.
-Support of supplier/customer negotiations, financial/cost analysis, pricing and estimating as well as assessing recurring cost impacts on supplier contracts.
-Review and support follow-on business proposals for Military contracts including ensure an adequate basis of estimate for HPU, rates, and factors.
-Provide CFE and shipped unit cost reporting in support of high visibility metrics such as CFE reviews, PDPR+, Cost Summit and OMM reviews.
-Ability to interface with middle and senior level management and articulate program financial information in a clear and concise manner.
-Understand and interpret financial implications of contract terms and conditions, accounting guidelines and policies for financial administration, management, and consultation. Communicate findings and recommendations to advise and influence management and program decisions.
-Formulate and lead process/system improvements through CI events, introducing new methods and approaches, establishing best practices, and managing standard work.
-Provide technical and analytical leadership through training and guidance. Train, coach, mentor and create succession planning for staff of several professionals.
-Establish a positive work environment through effective two way communication, employee involvement, and mutual trust & respect.
-Support ad hoc requests from internal and external customers.
-Interact with and support internal and external auditors as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 6-10+ years experience
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 4-7+ years experience
-Knowledge of SAP system or other MRP systems with experience in data mining.
-Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complexities that programs in the development and early production phases face.
-Ability to lead a team and manage the successful completion of tasks to meet deadlines and milestones in a fast paced environment.
-Ability to work with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
-Strong problem solving skills as well as business writing and communication skills.
-Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word. Access is a plus.
