Job description

Ensure 24/24 communication between the customer and the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

Ensure basic technical support, including assistance to the following :
o resolution of technical problems,
o redaction of the CSC (Customer Support Center) cases,
o analysis of the answers,
o troubleshooting,
o borescope inspections
o balancing
o Technical documentation utilization

Significant events (and all operational events) management and reporting

Initialization of quality documents such as service requests

Ensure coordination with the Logistics Department and the CSC in case of an AOG (Aircraft On Ground) or of a workstoppage or any need of clarification linked with configuration management.

Participate in scrap reviews, validate guaranty claims

Assist the customer on the tools (CSC, e-Account, remote Diagnostics, MyCFMPortal)

Coordinate the services under responsibility of the OEM (Lease Pool, Vendors, Training, EMOS : Engine Maintenance On Site)

Coordinate fleet plans : retrofits, Cat 2 Service Bulletins (SB), Airworthiness Directives (A/D), Technical Surveys, Service Evaluation Requests (SER)

Actively participate in the customer team's life in coordination with the CSM (Customer Support Manager)

Participate in meetings when needed by the customer team (internal customer meetings, CSM, CPM, Sales Director meetings)

Anticipate crisis and escalate issues

Support sales campaigns (products and services)

Present and sell services, consistently with services policy

Report the vision of the climate at the customer in the dedicated tools

Travel specifictity

Candidate skills & requirements

Engineer or technician with a good understanding of aero engines operation, good knowledge of customers and outstanding skills in terms of communication, active listening, and proactivity
