The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business unit is currently seeking systems engineers to support the F-15 Program based in St. Louis, Missouri: one of our largest, most dynamic sites with a broad business portfolio.
The F-15 Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) needs Systems Engineers supporting all aspects of program development with a critical near-term focus on requirements management.
The job tasks will involve engagement in the full range of activities encompassed by Requirement Management including requirements definition, analysis, allocation, flow down, and verification.
- Supporting the management of prime level and sub-system requirements.
- Prime customer interface (with multiple government customers) may be required, including supporting Requirements Working Groups.
- Integration of requirements-related activities (including interface management) with program product engineering teams will be a key role.
Additional tasks as part of job scope:
Participation in other systems engineering activities supporting effective program. These activities include risk, issue, and opportunity management, technical performance measurement, and program planning.

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
General skill requirements: Supports the definition, analysis, and verification of product baselines. Manages product changes. Documents and implements engineering technical program plans of limited scope and complexity. Gathers data to assist in the analysis of product trades/changes for change proposals. Utilizes Systems Engineering tools. Works under supervision.
Must have an active (or are you able to obtain) a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
