Delex Systems, wholly-owned subsidiary of ZENETEX, specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for an Engineer/Anti-Tamper Analyst to support our team located at China Lake and Pt. Mugu, California. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The selected candidate will analyze and/or develop and document engineering requirements and capabilities across the acquisition lifecycle for critical components, critical information and critical function resident in systems architecture, design, testing for relevance to technical capability and mission success. The candidate will develop Anti-Tamper Plans (ATP) and generate documentation and briefs in support of accrediting agencies assessment reviews. Research and develop security and protection plans to test, validate and certify the handling of critical program information (CPI) and critical components through the system lifecycle. Advise Program Managers and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads on technical matters involving Anti-Tamper engineering, under their cognizance, and serve as consultant and advisor to various segments of government, industry, and the Department of Defense in AT technical issues. Perform as a support engineer for the identification and protection of CPI and the development and integration of Anti-Tamper (AT) into mission, sensor and weapon systems, which includes developing and reviewing program technical and mission documentation, providing authoritative input and advice on all engineering and technical issues to ensure AT requirements are met. Develops and reviews configuration documentation. Participate in program and technical reviews, reviews and analyzes procurement specifications and data packages; reviews T&E suitability/ supportability documentation; reviews and provides technical recommendations on Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and/or spiral upgrades; and participates in technical working groups to resolve any AT related engineering issues. Prepares and reviews engineering support plans to include cost analysis. Assists with program platform software requirements and development to assure AT requirements are incorporated. Education and Experience Requirements * TOP SECRET clearance * with background investigation within the past five years * Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics or physics or equivalent experience * Minimum of 10 years of technical/management/development/ integration experience with aircraft, weapons, and/or operations, with 2 of those years occurring within the last 5 years; appropriate educational background may be substituted for this experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing project budgets and statement of works * Ability to perform technical analysis of anti-tamper capabilities * Knowledge of developing DoD acquisitions and technical documentation in support of anti-tamper efforts * Knowledge and experience of DoD systems engineering requirements, acquisition policies, documentation development, and financial and/or technical requirements and Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) * Knowledge and capability in planning, management budgeting, coordinating technical requirements, and contract requirements * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Desired experience: * Experience developing Program Protection Plans and Anti-Tamper Plans is highly desired. Experience with DODAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework) is highly desirable. * Able to represent Anti-Tamper (AT) competency in Program SETR processes (SRR, TRR, PDR, CDR, SVR) * Ownership and/or oversight of Anti-Tamper related documents and execution of the processes set forth in those documents.
