MPI have a requirement for a Documents / Line Controller for a permanent role on site at RAF Valley.
Approx 36 hours per week (to be confirmed)
£32,413.00 per annum
You will be responsible for managing and controlling all aircraft flight line movements documentation associated with the maintenance and Forward operations of the Hawk TMk2 aircraft.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of aircraft documentation and airworthiness of aircraft on the Flight Line.
Maintain compliance with BAES MOE/AMCs at all times.
Carry out random quality checks on the validity and integrity of data within IMS.
Monitor short-term maintenance and liaise with Rectification Controller for the most efficient solutions.
Manage and anticipate OOP maintenance to minimise the raising of ADFs and extensions.
Monitoring attendance, bringing persistent offenders to the attention of the senior controller.
Managing On the Job training, including the correct raising of paperwork, and manage personnel SQEP criteria.
What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need proven Supervisory experience within the Aircraft industry.
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
BTEC National Diploma / NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds level 2 in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
Competent in Microsoft Office and proficient in the use of the Hawk maintenance Computer systems (IMS/Trilogi).
Familiarity with MAOS MRP Part 145, BAES, MOE, Compliance and Local Operating Procedures.
