As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a Finisher/Grinder in our Brazonics Inc business located in Hampton, NH.


Reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor the Finisher/Grinder will perform various tasks to prepare a wide variety of piece parts and finished products for subsequent production or inspection processes in accordance with company quality standards and established time frames.


* Performs any one or several of standard finishing activities in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards. Finishing activities include but are not limited to:

* Deburring

* Grinding

* Degreasing

* May visually and with measuring devices inspect finished pieces to assure compliance with written instructions and company standards.

* Maintains work area in clean, safe, operational condition. Reports all malfunctioning equipment in order to speed repairs.

* Records data from inspection and follows all paperwork procedures.

* Observes all health and safety regulations in performance of daily responsibilities.

* Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.

* Operates Machinery under Supervision of CNC Machining Personnel


* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

* 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

* Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a manufacturing environment.

* Attention to detail.

* Knowledge of routers.

* Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.


* Previous experience in manufacturing field.

* Experience with MRP / ERP systems.

* Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work individually as wel as part of a team.
