About The Job

This job is a member of the FMLA Team within the HR/People Division. This position will be responsible for processing Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) requests and determines administrative eligibility for all workgroups across the system using various company timekeeping systems and software applications. Processing is done under time sensitive deadlines for operational manning support and federal compliance.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information

* Works quietly and efficiently within a team environment

* Communicates effectively with team members

* Manages time wisely to support a high volume of production on a consistent basis

* Processes FMLA leaves accurately

* Cross trains to support team workload

* Assists with various ad hoc projects as required

* The shift for this position will offer some flexibility between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates Degree

* 1 year of experience in customer service

* 1 year of experience in FMLA processing

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* 1 year of experience with Workbrain, AutoTA, EC, Sharp, Oracle and/or FOS/CATs systems

* Ability to prioritize and multi-task on a consistent basis

* Strong attendance record (consistently reporting to work as scheduled)

* Desire to embrace technology and learn new software as required

* Detailed oriented, and enjoy working as an individual contributor to support a high volume of production
