To support the Flight Attendant Training organization at Flagship University (FSU) by ensuring instructors/evaluators and students have the necessary tools to deliver a quality program. This includes line and new hire training, Purser and CSD training.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Create and maintain Training aids for training programs

* Initial set up of classrooms

* Prepare and deliver training aids for each class

* Organize the following:

* Medical Skills workshops

* Any workshop and/or training aids/equipment supporting Initial Flight Attendant and Line Training classes

* Wine Tasting classes for New Hire, International Training, Purser and CSD

* Initial Flight Attendant Simulated Flights

* Day One of Initial Flight Attendant Training

* Order supplies and print for all Line, New Hire, Purser and CSD training

* Shift work – includes nights, weekends and holidays

* Assist in budget preparation

* Perform ad hoc projects

* Must meet the same Essential Job Functions as a Flight Attendant Candidate

Job Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED

* Neat, well-groomed and capable of making a positive impression

* Must be able to perform all safety and customer service functions subject to individualized assessment

* Two (2) years college or public contact experience

* Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language. Some destinations may require a foreign language

* Must be service oriented

* Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off
