Avionicare is actively seeking a permanent Compliance & Quality Manager to support our Maintenance, Production, Design and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations at London Southend Airport.
As a direct result of significant increases in activities, this vacancy has been specifically created to support the departmental managers during this period of growth. Working alongside our established management team, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring quality system compliance, and monitoring is maintained across engineering, design, and production activities
Represent the company in the role of Quality Manager in accordance with EASA/CAA/FAA regulations.
Manage monitoring and administration of company QMS.
Audit scheduling and finding closure monitoring.
Advise on procedural changes, and control amendment of company MoE.
Liaise with the Regulatory Authority (CAA) as may be appropriate on matters related to, the Quality System.
Maintain the company’s regulatory approvals
Notify the Accountable Manager and senior management when Management Review meetings are scheduled and present internal audit reports.
For consideration in the role, you will be approved by the CAA UK to hold the nominated post of Compliance and Quality Manager. You should be an experienced Auditor with a full, comprehensive knowledge and experience of QMS/SMS. You will be required to demonstrate an excellent ability to build string interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively, in both written and verbal format, in Technical English.
