You are responsible for carrying out various machining activities with (CNC) lathes. You also check whether previous operations and your own operations have been carried out in accordance with the regulations. A flexible attitude, thinking along and cooperating throughout the entire department ensures that you make a significant contribution to the success of our company. Responsibilities Checking the material, collecting the necessary molds;Checking whether prior processing has been carried out in accordance with processing instructions and discussing deviations with the responsible person; Checking the measuring tools to be used, including calibration; Tensioning, setting and adjustment of (CNC) turning machines for various machining activities; Checking / measuring work performed in accordance with measuring procedures; Approving and releasing parts for the next production step; Checking the work package and processing instructions and looking up work instructions. Your profile To be able to perform this position properly, you have at least an LBO + working and thinking level and machining knowledge in the metal industry. Other important features are: Experience with Siemens machine control; Experience with Fanuc machine control is a plus; Knowledge of work instructions, drawings and processing proposals; Knowledge of the required software programs and ERP programs.
