Chemistry classifications engaged in technical support and/or research and/or product development.
Also includes project management.
Level of Responsibility:
Responsible for completing all projects and mandates within a reasonable time frame. Will also participate in multidisciplinary teams as a specialist in chemistry.
Specific responsibilities of position: •Contribute to introduction / development of new surface treatment (adonization, paint, coating and peening);
•Contribute to new cleaning equipment specifications;
•Contribute to evaluation of new chemical products designated for cleaning and / or protection of turbine engine parts;
•Contribute to minimize company's ecological footprint and sustainable development projects;
•Support P&WC suppliers for chemical processes;
•Realize chemical investigations (engines and / or manufacturing) by usage of advanced analytical equipment and tools for problems solving (root causes);
•Must actively participate and contribute to the promotion of the company's pillars (EHS, Ethics & Quality) and also to the implementation of ACE principles and tools.
Qualifications required: • Bachelor degree with 4 to 7 years experience;
• Master degree with 2 to 5 years experience;
• Bilingual (spoken and written);
• Process and results driven;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Field of studies: Chemistry Engineering, Chemistry Technique
Additional Information: • Availability for answering calls outside of the normal work hours;
• Occasional travel.
