Candidate should have at least 2 years operational experience on Gulfstream aircraft, to include cabin proficiency. Formal training on Gulfstream cabin emergency procedures, CPR, AED and MedAire procedures. Past or present qualification as an authorized instructor/trainer on aircraft cabin systems and operations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 7 years corporate aviation experience to include Flight Attendant, Flight Operations Management, Customer Support, Corporate Hospitality, Technical Training, or Technical Publications Development. Flight Safety cabin attendant & technology certification to include GCMS, communications, and connectivity is preferred..

Position Purpose:
Train with owners, passengers, and flight crews on Gulfstream aircraft in accordance with the training checklist. Engage with the customer before and at the time of delivery continuing for 10 days after delivery. Training will continue until everyone is competent with the use of cabin technology and equipment configuration. This is accomplished through hands on training in a structured format. The CSS must be able to train customers, as well as train and support the Customer Operational Readiness team on proper operations and maintenance of all aircraft models outfitting and interior systems.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Instruct owners, passengers, flight crews and maintenance personnel on proper use of all aircraft interior systems. 2. Train and mentor Gulfstream personnel to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness within the organization with regard to cabin systems and components. 3. Conduct special product support assignments to aid the company in maintaining industry leading customer satisfaction. 4. Demonstrate training proficiency in the operations of all cabin and galley systems and components of all Gulfstream aircraft models. 5. The CSS must remain knowledgeable on current Gulfstream product line by being self-motivated. Including enhancing sales, marketing programs, and completion designs. 6. Provide suggestions and feedback to Gulfstream engineering to help improve the Gulfstream product. 7. Work with technical publications to update cabin manuals in effort to ensure standardization and provide electronic source of training knowledge. 8. Provide a detailed overview of Gulfstream Product Support Network, explaining all aspects of support available to the customer. 9. Assist EIS Team Group Lead and Manager with scheduling functions as necessary. 10. Train and mentor new COR team members to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Additional Functions: 2. Actively seek and utilize training opportunities during any aspect of the aircraft operations. 3. Provide CSS support at the direction of Management to new, in-service, pre-owned, and other aircraft as required. 4. Maintain effective communications through which technical information related to maintenance and operational problems is shared with all support group personnel and customers. 5. Keep current on Product Support and Gulfstream policy changes affecting the customer’s operations. 6. Assist with Customer Operational Readiness Evaluation (CORE) when required. 7. Review all field service, and entry into service reports to keep a working knowledge of the fleet and possible issues to impact the next aircraft delivery. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Frequent domestic and international travel required, often on short notice and with or without other Gulfstream personnel. 2. Proficiency working in a Windows based computer system. Efficient in Microsoft Office preferred. 3. Apple IOS proficiency required. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Must be personable and approachable. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently in all aspects of the job functions, or in a team setting. 8. Ability to adhere to budgets without management oversight. 9. Must be able to lift, carry, move, push, and pull up to 30 pounds unassisted.
