Reporting to the Overseas Operations Support Manager, the Overseas Operations Building Work Executive will assist in managing and monitoring contracted hotels in which Jet2holidays operate, which are affected by all forms of Building Works.
In this exciting opportunity, you will work with key stakeholders, including our Overseas Managers, Contracting, Product and Customer Contact Teams to provide them with all the relevant information and key updates on large volumes of properties to ensure that the correct commercial decision is made whilst ensuring we are delivering package holidays you can trust.
In addition to this, you will be responsible in assisting our teams in destination hitting key deadlines, whilst ensuring that all updates are provided to the standard expected. The role will also involve investigating customer feedback and comments through a variety of platforms to ensure that all decisions made are correct with both the business and customer in mind.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the travel industry and Jet2holidays destinations. It's vital that you will be numerate, analytical, and have a high attention to detail to be a success in this role. The candidate will also be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with all levels across the business. With a strong customer service ethic, you will be proactive, adaptable, enthusiastic and passionate about helping us deliver a VIP service to our customers whilst ensuring the ABTA code of conduct is followed.
