ATPCO Fare Filing Coordinator

The incumbent will be responsible, with other team members, for the distribution and follow up (quality control) of fares and rules to the GDSs via ATPCo, in line with the requirements of the Pricing team.


Under the responsibility of the ATPCO Fare Filing Manager, the Coordinator’s responsibilities will be:

* File fares and rules in ATPCO;

* Generate and distribute GDS fare grids;

* Ensure the excellent quality of the distribution of fares and rules through fare display checks and itinerary pricing in different GDSs;

* Support the Pricing team in implementing fare distribution strategies in GDS, while coordinating with the Radixx distribution team (CRS);

* Participate in the establishment, implementation and respect of internal processes as well as meeting associated deadlines;

* Support GDS users (training, technical support, fare issues resolution);

* Act a s a resource person for airport, accounting or IT personnel;

* Maintain a high level of knowledge via internal or external training sessions (occasional travel abroad possible) as well as documentation provided by ATPCO or other sources;

* Take over some tasks of the ATPCO Fare Filing Manager when absent;

* Complete any other related tasks.


* College diploma in management, tourism or related discipline;

* Minimum of 5 to 7 years in the travel industry, with at least 3 years as a Fare Filing specialist (compulsory);

* In depth knowledge of ATPCo (compulsory);

* In depth knowledge of at least one of the major GDS: Galileo / Apollo, Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan (compulsory);

* Basic knowledge of IATA, BSP and Air Regulations (an asset);

* Experience in implementing CAT31, Branded Fares and Interline Agreements (an asset);

* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc);

* Bilinguism: (oral and written)- English and French;

* Rigour and autonomy at work;

* Capacity to work under stress;

* Team spirit and dynamism.
