Primary Responsibilities:

* As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer, you will learn the fundamentals of manufacturing engineering and understand key concepts necessary to succeed in the role.
* You'll assist in resolving technical problems in the manufacturing process by following specific detailed instructions and under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
* You'll perform root cause analysis and successful implementation of corrective action.
* And you'll perform tests of machines and compile reports of performance for a designated project manager.
In this role, you will be required to ...

* Apply your ability to read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings / models.
* Apply your ability to demonstrate adaptation of machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
* Read, write, speak and understand work instructions both verbal and written, perform basic math calculations and conduct self-inspection / audit.
* Demonstrate experience in application of Lean through Continuous Improvement events.
* Apply your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage resources along with effective time management and organizational skills.
* Apply your intermediate knowledge and experience of various MS Office software.

Qualification:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical OR
* Associates Degree with 1 or more years of engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Any experience in manufacturing engineering
* Any knowledge or experience with the aerospace industry, especially aircraft component manufacturing
* Any knowledge or experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts, tools and techniques, especially Toyota Production System (TPS)
* Any knowledge or experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
