Position Overview

This position, taking direction from the Manager of PCI Compliance, is responsible for the day-to-day management of Payment Card Industry compliance tasks that support the organization’s PCI audit lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Help to maintain PCI compliance language in Standards and Policy
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

* Maintain and improve the PCI DSS compliance program to meet compliance requirements and withstand audits

* Represent PCI compliance for all Business and IT projects ensuring compliant actions are integrated into all stages of a project’s SDLC

* Develops ad-hoc and standard reports using applicable tools. Prepares summaries and reports findings as needed

* Collaborate with IT and various business areas to collect evidence, coordinate meetings, and solution deficiencies

* Help IT understand the PCI Data Security Standard and help external PCI auditors understand Hawaiian Airlines IT (e.g. provide PCI training to IT, field questions from auditors to ensure they understand our IT process, etc.)


Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
* 2 years of compliance audit experience (e.g.- IT security audit or risk management audits)

* Working knowledge of PCI Data Security Standard Requirements
* Ability to create PCI compliance strategy based upon PCI Security Standard Council’s guidelines

* Detail oriented – ability to review evidence for PCI DSS suitability
* Working knowledge of common server and client Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX, Linux, etc.)

* Working knowledge of networking devices and security technologies (e.g. Firewalls, NIDS, Web Application Firewalls, etc.)

* Good written and oral communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills to assist meeting compliance deadlines
* Ability to problem solve, sometimes with out of the box thinking

Preferred Qualifications

* Currently hold or have the ability to obtain certifications such as; PCI QSA or ISA, CISA, CISSP. Ability to recertify if expired

* Strong written and oral communication skills
* 3+ years of direct experience in a PCI Data Security Standard compliance program

* Designed controls for PCI DSS requirements
* Created strategy for PCI DSS compliance maintenance
* Proven organizational skills
* Ability to problem solve, sometimes with out of the box thinking, in a rapid fashion
