ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We are reviewing resumes for Aircraft Workers/Cleaners to support our government customer at Hill Air Force Base. This position may remain posted even when there are no an actual vacancies; qualified applicants will be contacted should a position arise. This position may require the ability to work a swing or graveyard shift. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Examine, inspect, measure, clean, and polish a variety of aircraft parts to include landing gear, wheel and brake components or assemblies * Clean and polish ferrous and non-ferrous components * Perform chemical etching of Integrated Servo Actuator (ISA) pistons * Prepare or initiate routing and WCDs for scheduled and production to enable the work to proceed. * Ensure appropriate repairs and modifications have been performed on parts being returned Education and Experience Requirements * This position requires a minimum of two years of well-rounded training and experience, usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience * High school diploma or equivalent required * Ability to pass an in-depth government background check Physical Demands Work will require a high level of hand dexterity and finger use in both hands, close vision corrected/uncorrected to 20/20, prolonged periods of standing and sitting in combination with stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and pushing, as well as ability to lift 75lbs and over with assistance. Work Environment (ADA) May be required to work in areas in the hangar and on the flight line that are noisy and dusty. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold and wind. May be required to wear personal protective equipment, when applicable. Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a government background check, and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
