Aircraft Integration Team Lead 4
This position will be the aircraft integration team lead of the B61 Tail Kit Assembly weapons development program for the United States Air Force customer. The position interfaces with multiple stakeholders including B61 Leadership team, Sandia National Laboratories, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, National Nuclear Security Agency, multiple aircraft platform government and contractors, Weapons Simulation teams and laboratories. The position involves workload management and earned value for the aircraft integration work, support of customer meetings, management of interface control documents, integration at multiple aircraft platform integration laboratories, and support of flight testing and post-test analysis. The team lead is also responsible for weapon simulator development, verification, and integration.

Typical Education / Experience
Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
B.S. Electrical Engineering (or engineering degree with systems integration experience), Electrical Design and integration experience, Test Plan Development and Execution experience, MIL-STD-1553 or 1760 knowledge, familiarity with Interface Control Document (ICD) creation and management. Ability to lead teams and provide customer interface, provide flight test support.
