Tech Supports act as an Able
Engineering representative in customer engagements and delivery of quotes.
Makes critical decisions concerning pricing
and commercial viability of recommended repairs on quotes
Liaison between customer and Able Engineering
for all quotes delivered
Responsible for communicating with the account
manager to resolve questions and concerns on the quotes from the customer
Manage customer quote approvals
Offer upsell opportunities on the quotes to
promote additional revenue opportunities.
Facilitate the delivery and creation of customer
Effectively support the detailed tracking of
jobs in house to provide exchange solutions for the customer and to aid in the
improvement of TAT
Responsible for the
back end process of putting a job into production after the quote has been
managing the JIRA queue and administrative duties for the department as needed.
pricing, TAT’s, New repairs
Work with the
account managers to maintain and update pricing
for yearly increases within customer contracts
customer QC requirements, contacts, etc. as needed throughout the year
Bachelors degree in
Sales, Business Management or relevant field of study
Sales mindset with the ability to apply our
mission statement and pricing policy simultaneously
Understanding of commercial terms and market
Ability to identify upsell opportunities
Ability to work cohesively within a team to
deliver results and improve KPIs
Understanding of mechanical concepts and
· Highly skilled in providing information regarding
products and services of the company on the quotes
· Hands-on experience in reviewing, updating or making
changes to customer quotes.
· Demonstrated ability to record details of client
contracts and service history.
· Proven ability to determine answers and solutions quickly.
