Co-Op will assist with the development and improvement of aircraft performance evaluation tools, operations related testing, process documentation and data reporting projects. The Co-Op will participate in cross divisional meetings where aircraft fleeting decisions, performance limitations and operational restrictions will be reviewed and discussed.
The Co-Op will work with various software applications such as Microsoft Office (including Excel and Access) and C++ in support of these assignments. The ideal candidate will have some coding experience and demonstrate safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

The Co-Op position requires a candidate to be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related four year degree. Candidate must have completed at least 30 semester (45 quarter) hours. Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, complete assignments with minimum supervision, have proven ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Candidate must convey professional image to all levels of associates. Strong written and verbal communication skills highly preferred. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; SQL coding experience is a plus. Interest in aircraft performance and airline operations is required.
