Greater London Area 

We are looking to find an exceptional team member who loves focusing on candidate supply and talent strategy! Is this you? 
A recruitment and/or aviation sector background would be particularly useful.

You will proactively grow the Airline Pilot candidate pipeline, building and cultivating relationships with Pilots to execute and implement sourcing strategies. Working remotely with colleagues to increase candidate market share from out of the UK, Europe, African and Middle Eastern (EUAFME) for client Airlines in the Asia Pacific region. 

Also important is the ability to create and build further on the company's professional service and brand, become a trusted advisor to Pilots and add real value to the business!

There will be travel involved to attend events to network and meet with Pilots, you will also need to be innovative in your approach to increase contacts with the Pilot community. There are excellent systems and marketing already in place plus experienced management- so there is plenty of support and resources for you to embrace and develop further!
