Based at Birmingham Airport, reporting to the Customer Helper - Duty Manager, our Passenger Service Supervisors are there to provide operational supervision to our customer facing teams in the airport. You will be responsible for the effective allocation of resource and co-ordination of duties, to ensure that all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers receive a VIP service at all times.

As the Passenger Service Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the supervision of the day to day operation and team performance of our Passenger Service Agents. Through inspirational leadership and a natural passion for developing others you'll lead and support the team to deliver high performance, whilst adhering to safety regulations. You'll be an ambassador of our safety first culture, ensuring your team drive the culture through every aspect of their work.

The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. You will have a proven track record of leading and motivating others in a fast paced, customer focused environment. You will ideally you will have previous experience of supervising others in an operational, airport environment and will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
