Part Time Customer Operations Advisor - Leeds City Centre

Our Customer Operations Advisors are responsible for delivering fantastic customer service to our Jet2holidays customers in resort. Providing around the clock support, we are there to ensure each customer receives a fantastic service throughout the duration of their holiday.

Based at Holiday House, and reporting into the Customer Operations Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers during their holiday. You will effectively implement Jet2holidays standards and make sure all our customers receive a VIP service. You will assist and advise our customers who contact us through our Jet2holidays 24/7 Customer Helpline, offering as much assistance as possible. By supporting and working in partnership with our customer facing Overseas colleagues in resort, you will resolve any issues relating to in-resort challenges or complaints and ensure we are offering appropriate resolutions so our customers can enjoy their holiday.

In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting any associated administrative tasks and for the accurate reporting and logging of all incidents and actions taken.

This role is available on a part time, permanent basis and on a fixed shift basis. There are 4 shift options available -
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7pm - 11pm & Sunday 8am - 12pm
  • Monday & Wednesday 8am - 1pm & Saturday 7am - 6pm
  • Monday, Tuesday. Thursday, Friday & Saturdyy 7am- 11am
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30am - 11:30am & Sunday 7am - 11am

To be successful in this role, you will have up to date knowledge of relevant airline operations and customer service legislation. Effective decision making skills and excellent communication skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for delivering a VIP customer experience. Proven prioritisation and problem solving skills are required, as well as the highest standards of attention to detail.
