By following the SOPs, they close the exit doors of the aircraft. They serve meals, drinks during the flight and also entertain other requests of the passengers.
Ensuring that the cabin is clean and the supply of food and beverages is adequate is also one of Flight Attendants' fundamental responsibilities. Their communication skills are excellent as they have to interact with the passengers and flying crew.
A Flight Attendant receives training to deal with specialized emergency cases or any untoward situation encountered during the flight. To assist the passengers and offer pre-flight advisory is also one of the entrusted tasks. Air Hostess adheres to the aviation regulations and submits a report after each flight."
