AerLingus and Norse Atlantic applications

Has anyone else not heard anything back from AerLingus and Norse Atlantic yet?
Also how likely would it be for someone who has only flown for a couple of months to be accepted?
Also a question for AerLingus, is there long sleeved options for women?? x

Both have progressed some applications, Aer Lingus inviting candidates to video interviews, and Norse Atlantic inviting candidates to provide further documents to progress applications.
Given the amount of competition at the moment, those with more flying hours are likely to be chosen, but that doesn't mean that you won't have a chance, after all, it's all about the interview.

Aer Lingus does not have a long sleeve option, as far as im aware.
