After my final interview, I was told by the interviewer that the waiting time to hear back is 3 days to 21 days & my status was showing "interview completed" at the same day of the interview.
However, 22 days after Status changed from "interview completed" to just "completed" I know it sounds silly, but can anyone tell me is that a bad thing or a good thing?
