Transport Manager UK–Heathrow The position: You are the link internally between our branches, third party customers and our trans- port partners. You know customer requirements and ensure their implementation both during route planning as well as during the supervision of daily shipment movements. You report to the global transport management in Switzerland but have substantial autonomy in achieving your targets. You contribute to the overall success of the global network by seeking continuous improvements within your area of responsibility. You also contribute to global transport related projects as requested. Your profile: You have a solid track record of working with a freight forwarder or airline. You know how to purchase air and road transport capacity and have demonstrated your negotia- tion skills in similar contexts. You are a self-starter and a good communicator. Foreign languages would be an advantage.
