All vacancies are posted to the site immediately and will have your company logo shown alongside the vacancy. Your vacancies are also sent to relevant jobseekers each night via our jobs by email service.
For an additional cost some or all of your vacancies can be set as 'Featured' which means that they will be shown on the first page of results in any relevant jobseeker searches and be given an extra bit of spice to stand out.
Our CV database currently holds 192900 CVs and allows you to search CVs across a variety of disciplines. The search tool is intuitive and effective and is designed to help consolidate the job posting service to help you find the right candidate.
If you don't have time to search the CV database but want the latest jobseekers to be emailed to you, then this service is for you. Simply by setting up search strings that best suit your requirements you will have the jobseekers that match this criteria emailed to you overnight so they are waiting for you when you arrive at your desk.
If you don't have time to use the CV search tools but would like to be proactive then this service would suit your requirements. This tool will serve you up to 10 relevant CVs that match your vacancy as soon as you place it. These results can be found in your recruiter homepage and will be updated as soon as relevant jobseekers register on the site.
Banner Advertising is a cost effective and highly focused way of communicating your company message and raising brand awareness. Banners can be used to drive candidates direct to your vacancies, link back to your Corporate Profile or even click through to your own website, unlike many sites we do not offer banners on a CPM (cost per Mille) model, we recognise the need to communicate your brand and stay within a budget, with a view to this all banners are booked on a single monthly cost. Banners can be broadcast throughout the site or can sponsor specific job categories.
If you are recruiting in a specific industry or location then you can sponsor the search results that are targeted to these areas. Not only will you have a banner sponsoring the page but your message will be at the top of each results page. Companies that sponsor categories and/or regions also sponsor the jobseeker registration email, which is the first communication that a jobseeker gets from our job board after they have registered and it is an excellent way to capture their attention whilst they are in a job seeking mood. It also differentiates your jobs from other companies on the site and on average companies that sponsor these areas have a 25% increase in views of jobs advertised.
This does exactly what its says, it allows you to advertise your vacancies on the busiest page of the site, the homepage. This listing on average increases views of vacancies by 35%.
You can have your company logo listed on the homepage for a week and link through to your vacancies. Companies that are featured also sponsor the jobs by email alerts that are sent out to jobseekers on a daily basis.
The jobseeker registration email, which is the first communication that a jobseeker gets from our job board after they have registered can be sponsored and is an excellent way to capture their attention whilst they are in a job seeking mood. It also differentiates your jobs from other companies on the site.
A Corporate Profile is an excellent way of promoting your clients company and building a presence with job hunters. The profile can be used to talk about the benefits of working for your company, to explain your market and history and to illustrate your corporate culture.
The Corporate Brochure can be linked to from your company logo from your Job of the week or Featured Company listing.
