Job Description
Test Technician or Test Engineer
Contract position.
6 months duration
Germany
Our client is one of the world's most experienced composite aircraft
manufacturers. The company is also the worldwide market leader in its segment of
training aircraft. During the past 35 years, the company produced more than 3,500
aircraft. The headquarter including the engineering and production facility is located
at the own airfield in Tussenhausen-Mattsies, Germany
Tasks:
- Plan and conduct component, structure and system tests on aircraft assemblies
- Compile test matrices, sequence plans and date/deadline plans
- Plan testing in detail, approve/accept drawings, define and design test rigs, compile parts lists in compliance with defined requirements
- Clear test rig configuration with specialist departments, ensure on-time execution and all part availabilities
- Compile reports, evaluate tests and trial results, support certification reporting
- Support engineering and development tasks
Tools/Skills:
- Knowledge/experience in aircraft manufacture, aerospace, lightweight structures
- Experience in test concepting and conduction
- Knowledge of CS23 aircraft and certification procedures
- NX2 2D/3D (Unigraphics) CAD
- SAP an asset
- Windows Office
- Languages: German, English
