Job Description
Requirement: Flight Test Engineer
Contract Position
At least 6 months work
Based in Germany
Rate: Negotiable
Our Client is one of the world's most experienced composite aircraft
manufacturers. The company is also the worldwide market leader in its segment of
training aircraft. During the past 35 years, the company produced more than 3,500
aircraft. The headquarter including the engineering and production facility is located
at the own airfield in Tussenhausen-Mattsies, Germany
Tasks:
- Plan flight test activities
- Compile test matrices
- Plan test flights in detail in compliance with defined requirements
- Compile/produce flight test cards defining all required actions
- Brief, de-brief flight crews and monitor flights where necessary
- Monitor aircraft serviceability and configuration pre-requisites
- Support installation and re-fit phases
- Organise and achieve clearances, meet the demands of flight operations
- Compile reports, evaluate flight test results, support certification reporting
- Support engineering and development tasks
Tools/Skills:
- Knowledge/experience in aircraft manufacture, aerospace, lightweight structures
- Flight test knowledge/experience
- Knowledge of CS23 aircraft and certification procedures
- SAP an asset
- Windows Office
- Languages: German, English
