Global Sales Manager - Surface Technology
A leading provider of Thermal Processing services to the Oil & Gas, and Aerospace industries are looking to proactively develop and implement a Global Sales strategy.
The role will involve:
Implementing a Global Sales Strategy for their Surface Technology Business
Protect existing Key customers
Develop new customer
Drive Key projects
Ensure global coordination of resources to drive cross selling successes
Develop and Manage the Surface Technology team
Ensure the optimum Customer Service Levels, by working closely with the site managers.
The role will involve extensive UK and global travel.
Candidates will need to hold a degree in an Engineering Discipline
Possess extensive experience in the Oil & Gas or ideally the aviation markets.
A proven track record of outstanding achievement in driving Global Sales and delivering on Budget plans.
Managing people and teams of various, technical experience and skill sets
Experience or knowledge of Thermal spray processes.
