Job Description

Due to continued growth, Avmax Montana Inc. is recruiting for the newly established position of Director of Commercial MRO Sales to work out of our Great Falls, Montana headquarters. This position will report directly to the Vice President of US Operations and will be expected to collaborate with the members of the commercial group, Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers to analyze develop and implement location specific sales strategies in conjunction with the region and overall corporate philosophy.

Duties:

The primary responsibility of this position will be directing and coordinating commercial sales and customer development. This will include developing and implementing sales strategies, customer target market lists, marketing and promotional activities as well as tracking, defining and reporting on market trends and attitudes.

Qualifications:

Requirements for this position include a minimum of five years experience in MRO sales, proven ability to work independently in a corporate environment, and a demonstrated sales record in a multiple site, multi-nation environment.
