Job Description

Our clients are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Director based in Europe

Main responsibilities will include

Work in partnership with the VP, Sales & Service to determine market penetration and sales opportunities
Oversee negotiations and close transactions working with legal, finance, commercial group, fleet and other related departments
Expand client and product information databases for use by sales and others within the company
Support Director, Sales in identifying new sales opportunities
Provide direction to sales staff including performance management and skill development

Experience
MRO Helicopter Sales experience
