Job Description

A Private Air Chartered Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager - Air Charter Services. The current role will be based in Dubai however frequent travel to Afghanistan Military base will be a part of this role.The company has currently offices at the following bases: Dubai, Kandahar, Bagram, Jalalabad, Camp Bastion and Camp Dwyer.

The primary responsibilities may include:

• 1. Researching for commercial aircraft depending on client's charter requirements
• 2. Prepare personalized quotes
• 3. Follow up and diligently maintain the new inquiry process
• 4. Lead negotiations on behalf of the customer until an agreed contract is signed
• 5. Raise and administrate commercial contracts
• 6. Accommodate changes to, and confirm details for charter operations
• 7. Monitor charter operation to ensure successful charter experience for the customer
• 8. Post flight follow up - customer feedback and invoicing
• 9. Customer retention and development
• 10. Periodic review of assigned customers, systematic visit campaign to track and document customer status and new requests to facilitate growth
• 11. Monitor current aviation issues affecting aircraft availability and market prices
• 12. Maintaining client data base

Drive the sales strategy for new business within existing client base and new market places

Qualifications:

• 1. Age must be at 30- 45
• 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar/ relevant organization
• 3. Bachelor's degree in associate discipline. Candidates with a similar background preferred.
• 4. Previous Air Charter brokering experience would be preferential, but not essential depending on previous aviation background.

• 5. Previous commercial and/or operational experience in an airline is essential with a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably 5 years

  

LOCATION SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS

As per the requirement of Projects, the post holder may be requested from time to time to visit the relevant base.
