We are currently recruiting a SAP/BIDS administrator on behalf of a prestigious company based in Yeovil.
The role involves carrying out daily SAP/BIDS administration tasks, ensuring all the requirements of the department are met in a timely and efficient manner and to the standard required to meet the department and customers' needs. Effective and timely discharge of the projects which you are engaged and responsible for is critical to this role.
Main activities will include, but not be limited to:
Carrying out SAP administration duties
Prepare, issue, collate and maintain the relevant documentation and reports for all department Bids
Provide support (including support to Quality processes and documentation) for team development
Provide Concur Expense support to the department
Support all general office, reception and administration duties as required by the department
The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally and with suppliers, sub contractors and customers. Must have experience in general administration, word processing, telephone and reception techniques. You must be competent in the use of SAP and experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage.
