Job Description

A leading Aerospace company based on the South Coast are searching for a Quality Engineer to join their team.

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of highly complex composite and metallic aerostructures and engine products for the Aviation sector across the globe.

The role as a Quality Engineer will involve:

Support the bidding process.
Ensure compliance to the company, customer and regulatory authority requirements.
Report on any issues that may have an impact on approvals and product integrity.
Support the Quality Assurance activities, both internally and externally, through various means (including Systems, Product and Special Process audits where applicable).
Support the implementation of corrective and preventative actions and the development of a continual improvement approach.
Support other elements of Quality Department where necessary.

Experience of working to Aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 is essential for this position and knowledge of working with composite materials would be advantageous.
